  • 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cornflour
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) Bulla Cooking Cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh continental parsley leaves
  • Salad leaves, to serve
  • Crusty bread, to serve
