- 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 1 1/2 tbsp cornflour
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) Bulla Cooking Cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh continental parsley leaves
- Salad leaves, to serve
- Crusty bread, to serve
